The role of cities and their suburbs as economic engines, cultural meccas, and centers of innovation is well established. Increasing the recognition that the metropolis is the true city is essential to the continued improvement of urban life. Catalyst builds opportunities to assist clients in developing and implementing investment strategies that capitalize on the power of this vision. We have initiated conversations in Reading, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, and the Caribbean regarding development strategies that can reposition them for success in the global economy. Our effectiveness in this arena depends upon our creativity, our body of knowledge, out analytical skills, our leadership, and our relationships.
